awe i’m so glad! if you ever need motivation, i’m here! i may not post much anymore but it’s because my job is crazy and i’m never home but i’m always there for my followers <3
i started at 187 in january! although january was unproductive since my uncle passed away so i guess technically february. and since then i’ve had 2 bad months - april and may, so the majority of my weight loss was done in february and march!
Last Week: 168.5lbs
This Week: 167lbs
Loss: 1.5lbs
Finally broke my plateau! Yay! Officially down 20lbs in 2012 and 40lbs since my highest recorded weight!
nick and his girlfriend broke up. and now he keeps telling me he needs me because i’m the only one who listens to him. and that’s fine because i want to be there for him because i’m still retardedly in love with him. but how shitty is it that i’m the one he needs when going through a breakup? and only needs me in a friend way… not how he used to need me. ugh. this is hard but i’m trying so hard to be there for him and be a friend because i still think he deserves to be treated well by me and i still think he’s a great guy.
i’m such a pushover, i think. part of me wants to tell him how i feel but another part of me doesn’t want to ruin our friendship. plus he doesn’t need some stupid girl pouring her heart out to him when he’s got other things on his mind.
guess i’ll keep my mouth shut. wooo! blah.
it’s called runmeter! i’m sure there are a ton out there but i love this one. it maps your route and remembers it, records your pace, calories burned, time, distance and announces it to you in the intervals you choose in the settings. it’ll also announce whether you’re doing better or worse than the last run! it’s awesome! i love it so far.. it does exactly what i want it to do.
run time: 30:54
distance: 3.61km
not a good run pace/time wise at all but not so bad for not working out in 2 weeks AND having never really run outside before. i’ve realized how much more difficult it is to run outside on a humid day (and boy, it is humid out) than it is to run inside with air conditioning. i may end up doing couch to 5k again outside to really push myself.
all in all i’m happy about my run because i actually got up and did it. the increase in pace, time and distance will happen slowly. :)
